NMSR is always in need of a few good people to manage and coach. Training is provided and the on the job experience is very rewarding. Umpires age 13 through adult are needed. Pay per game ranges from $10 to $30 depending on experience. Umpires must attend a clinic and pass a written test. If interested please sign up or talk to a board member.

Provide a safe environment to allow the players to improve their athletic skills.
Organize drills and practices to promote team work and self improvement.
Ensure all players participate.
Enlist the help and participation of parents.
Be familiar with League and New Melle policies and procedures.
Promote good sportsmanship from parents and players.
Be respectful of the facility and equipment home and away.
Promote participation of all in New Melle fundraising activities.
