2008 Season Sponsor Opportunities

About US

New Melle Sports & Recreation is a not for profit organization providing baseball, softball and football activities to the boys and girls in southwestern St. Charles County. We have over 500 annual participants. The organization is funded with player fees (40%) and contributions from local business (60%). We anticipate 36 teams in 2008. All adult participation is volunteered. New Melle Sports & Recreation has recently joined with the youth programs in Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, Dardenne and River City to form the “New Horizon Youth Sports League” promoting a higher standard of youth activities. 

Team Sponsor Program                                                                     $200.00

This program provides a two button baseball shirt and a six panel medium profile baseball cap for each player and coach on the team. The coach will pick the colors for the team. The front of the uniform has the New Melle logo with tail printed in contrasting color. The back of the shirt has the sponsors name in block letters above the player’s number.        

Ball Park Signs                                                                     

You may promote your business name and logo with an 8’ x 4’ ball park sign located on one of our outfield fences. The initial cost includes design and layout.  $300. per sign. Annual renewal $100. per sign.

The signs are removed and stored in the winter. Some of our current advertiser’s signs are over five years old. We estimate that each sign receives over 30,000 hits per season.

Diamond Sponsor                                                                            $1000.

This program sponsors an individual ball field, we currently have four. The fee is used to improve and maintain the field. The Diamond Sponsors name is prominently displayed and recognized on the backstop.
